Cytec, Carbon Fiber GP3 Expansion Project

This work share project with Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA, is for EPCM services for a $240 million expansion of a carbon fiber plant located on a brownfield site. The project will double the manufacturing capacity and provide additional capability to meet the demand for next-generation carbon fibers. The scope includes design for utility and mechanical systems, utility piping and 3D auto plant modeling for various parts of the plant using PDS and full-fledged model reviews.

Zarzaitine Oilfield Surface Facility Expansion Project, Algeria

A work share project with Abu Dhabi to help boost the recovery rate of crude oil reserves of the Zarzaitine, Algeria, oilfield up to 50 percent from its current 40 percent level. The work includes an oil processing and storage center as well as building new and relocating and rebuilding existing water injection centers. Work covers 3D piping and equipment modelling using PDS and full-fledged model reviews; piping plans; and civil & structural work.

Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai, India

Programme management of the design and construction for the expansion and modernisation of multiple terminals, runway and taxiway improvements, additional aprons, landside access, and additional support facilities to accommodate 40 million passengers and 1 million tons of cargo daily.

Delhi Interceptor Sewer Project, Delhi, India

Implemented the interceptor sewer concept along the major Najafgarh, Supplementary, and Shahdara drains to keep untreated sewage from flowing into the Yamuna River and improve its water quality. These drains contribute the most significant pollution discharge (67 percent of total pollution load) into the river.

Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana, India

Prepared sewerage and drainage master plan, feasibility studies, and detailed project reports for eight towns in Haryana state. Each master plan included identifying and evaluating alternative sewerage infrastructure improvement schemes. Feasibility studies were conducted for priority projects identified in the master plans. Detailed project reports were prepared for the highest priority projects selected by the stakeholder agencies during the feasibility stage.

Tsunami Reconstruction, Sri Lanka

Work included a new 180-metre bridge over Arugam Bay, construction and rebuilding of vocational schools, restoration and construction of three fishing harbors, water treatment facilities, and coastal zone management efforts including replanting swamps and mangroves to protect against future tsunamis.
