Q&A with Mr. McIntyre

What is your program management methodology and philosophy?
Assemble the best cross functional team possible, bring them together and jointly build a vision, align everyone one on the program team to the vision, build a strong governance function, and over communicate.

How do you incorporate creativity into program or project management?
Challenge the teams working closest to the action or know the function the best. Provide a facilitated environment and have them think out of the box.

How do you see CH2M HILL influencing and shaping the future of major programs?
CH2M HILL has a major influence on building and shaping the program management market in the U.K., with key roles on the last four major program undertakings across the U.K. including the London 2012 Olympics, Thames Tideway Tunnel, Crossrail, and now High Speed 2.
