CH2M HILL's Procurement Leadership Team

CH2M HILL Procurement is under the leadership of John Mika, Sr. Vice President of Procurement, and includes subject matter directors who are skilled experts in the disciplines that are part of Full Service Procurement. CH2M HILL Procurement consists of three primary segments: Commercial Programs and Projects, U.S. Federal Projects, and Indirect (Corporate) Procurement. For project and program delivery the procurement leadership structure includes Business Group Procurement management and Major Delivery Center managers. Additional leadership focuses on Indirect Procurement, National Agreements, Small Business, and our Systems, including the Supplier / Subcontractor ePortal.

Project Procurement Leadership

Procurement for CH2M HILL Projects includes a set of Business Group Procurement leaders who reside in the Business Groups that compose our markets and have Procurement personnel reporting to them across the enterprise. We also have Procurement Leaders who manage groups of Procurement personnel in Major Delivery Centers, supporting projects in multiple Business Groups.

Transport and Logistics

CH2M HILL manages transport of materials and equipment from worldwide sourcing locations to our project locations through use of Strategic Agreements and Project Agreements with Logistics and Transport service providers.
