CH2M HILL Procurement consists of three primary segments: Commercial Programs and Projects, U.S. Federal Projects, and Indirect (Corporate) Procurement. CH2M HILL deploys project procurement teams providing full service procurement, including all services, controls, and tools necessary to ensure successful execution of project materials management, program management, and CH2M HILL supply chain management.

CH2M HILL conducts Procurement in accordance with established high supply chain ethics standards. Our standards are set forth in our Employee Ethics & Business Conduct Principles. This policy applies to employees of CH2M HILL involved with; ordering, specifying, requisitioning, evaluating or procuring goods and services of any nature. Likewise we expect our suppliers and subcontractors to interact with our employees in a manner consistent with our Policy. Should you encounter what you consider a violation of our procurement ethical standards, we have made a confidential hot line available to you called The GuideLine.
To ensure business integrity across our projects, we expect that all members of our supply chain endorse our values on business ethics, environmental sustainability, labor and employment, and fair-trade practices. Our Supply Chain Ethics & Business Conduct Principles outline our expectations for our suppliers and subcontractors when working with CH2M HILL. These Principles represent our mutual commitment on how CH2M HILL expects its business to be conducted and will be an integral part of every commercial relationship with CH2M HILL. When you register as a supplier or subcontractor through our Supplier ePortal you will be expected to agree to comply with these Principles and do your part in helping maintain the highest standards of business integrity. The Supplement for U.S. Government Work will apply when doing business with CH2M HILL for our U.S. Federal Government Projects.
